Order Processing

Orders are processed only after full payment is received and confirmed.

Processing times may vary and are subject to change without notice. Customers will be notified if significant delays are expected.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver within the indicated timeframe, and in all cases within 30 days of order placement unless a longer timeframe is expressly agreed.

Risk of loss or damage remains with us until the goods are delivered to the customer. Once delivered, responsibility passes to the customer.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please notify us immediately. We will investigate with the carrier and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

If the carrier confirms delivery (e.g., tracking shows "delivered") but you have not received the package, you must contact us within 7 days so we can assist in investigating.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These are the sole responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures or local import restrictions.

Refused, Unclaimed, or Returned Packages

If an order is returned to us because it was refused, unclaimed, or due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will refund the product price once it is received back, less any shipping costs. Reshipments, if requested, will require repayment of shipping costs.

Right to Cancel (Consumers Only)

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us within the 14-day period.

If you cancel, you must return the goods in their original condition at your own expense (unless they are faulty or not as described). We will refund the product price and our standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

This right does not apply to personalised or custom-made items.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, or carrier disruptions.
