Right to Cancel (Consumers Only)

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us within the 14-day period.

The 14-day period begins the day after you receive the goods.

How to Return

Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unless faulty or not as described.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the items, except if the products are faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 days.

We will refund the product price and our standard delivery cost. Any premium shipping costs paid by the customer are non-refundable.

Refunds are made using the same payment method used for purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you must notify us as soon as possible.

We will provide a replacement, repair, or full refund at no additional cost.

You may also be entitled to claim for reasonable costs of returning the item.

Exceptions

Customised or personalised products are not eligible for cancellation, unless faulty or not as described.

Digital products or downloadable content (if applicable) are also excluded from the 14-day cancellation period once delivered.
